Thank you for engaging in sacred psychology sessions with Rasia, your Mystical Healing Guide.

We are committed to providing valuable guidance and support on your journey. Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy outlined below:

  • Refunds Policy: We do not offer refunds for any sessions. Once a session has been booked and paid for, the payment is non-refundable.
  • Cancellation Deadline: If you need to cancel a scheduled session, you must do so at least 8 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made within this time frame will incur no penalty however must be rescheduled within ten business days of the initial appointment. (Refer to the Courtesy Period
  • Late Arrival: It's essential to be punctual for your scheduled session. The provider automatically cancels the session when you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment. Any tardiness of less than 10 minutes will not be redeemable and will be considered lost time from your session.
  • Rescheduling and Redemption: All cancellations and rescheduling requests must occur within 72 hours of the original appointment time. When you reschedule a session successfully, it must be scheduled within ten business days from the initial appointment date.
  • Courtesy Period: When you miss a scheduled appointment within the 8 hours before your session with prior notice, you will have 72 hours to rebook the session. After 72 hours, you will lose the session if no rebooking has occurred. As mentioned above, with rescheduling and redemption, the session must be booked within ten business days from the initial appointment.
  • No-Show: When you miss your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the session will be considered conducted, and the time is deemed utilized.
  • Contact Information: Please ensure your contact information is up-to-date, as we will use it to communicate important details about your coaching sessions and any changes to the schedule.
