wellness educator, and certified somatic healing practitioner. Her
wellness brand Live Deliberately™ consciously fuses together Western science and Eastern wisdom for a high-vibrational integration in mind, body, and spirit. Caroline’s compassionate and trauma-informed approach utilizes healing modalities from around the world including: talk therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and
Reprocessing (EMDR), breathwork, sound healing, yoga, reiki, and mindfulness meditation. Caroline is an empath, intuitive, and musician based in SoCal. Her Divine purpose is to lead others toward vibrant, authentic, soul-aligned living.
She is the founder of Well with my Soul Co.™ – a holistic wellness collective for creatives and entrepreneurs seeking evolution. For
embodied mentorship, healing circles, wellness retreats, course offerings, and transcendent experiences, she invites you along the deeply fulfilling path of transformation.
Rasia is a Wayshower™ who journeys alongside your expansion process into increased self-awareness, releasing generational trauma and activating your highest expression in this lifetime. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, the youngest of three children, Rasia was raised by her father, who was a man of many modalities - an activist, acupuncturist, reiki master, and astrologer. Early on, she knew that spiritual work was a part of her path.
Rasia has served her community since 2003 through many modalities that stem from holistic and spiritual offerings. She's a mother to six beautiful children. Her pursuits in formal education led her to attain a masters degree in mental health counseling.
